Sunbatch provides pricing and lead time information through a formal quote request process. All quotes are created based on the information supplied by the customer and may be subject to revision as final specifications are confirmed.
Information Required for Quotes
To provide an accurate quote, customers may be asked to submit:
• Part description and intended application
• Drawings or technical files
• Material type and grade
• Dimensions, measurements, and tolerances
• Surface coating or finishing requirements
• Quantity
• Any additional performance or certification needs
Quotes may be delayed if required details are missing.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that:
• All information submitted is accurate and complete
• Uploaded drawings or specifications are approved for use
• You have rights or permissions to share the information provided
Sunbatch manufactures parts to the specifications you supply. We are not responsible for errors or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Quote Validity and Changes

Quotes are based on current material and production costs. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. If specifications change after a quote is issued, pricing and lead time may also change.

Production and Lead Times

Lead times are provided as estimates and may vary based on:
• Order approval and final specification confirmation
• Material availability
• Production capacity at the time of placement
• Shipping method and destination
Lead times do not begin until Sunbatch receives final approval to proceed.

Order Acceptance

A quote does not represent an active order. An order is only confirmed once:
• Pricing is accepted
• Production approval is provided
• Any required deposit or payment terms are met
