Sunbatch Warranty & Quality Assurance Policy

Sunbatch produces custom manufactured components based on the final approved specifications provided by the customer. We are committed to delivering high quality products that meet those approved requirements.

Quality Assurance

Before shipment, each part is reviewed for:


• Accuracy of dimensions within approved tolerances
• Material type and finish as specified
• Workmanship standards appropriate for the intended application

 

We work to ensure that the product delivered matches the details authorized prior to production.

Limited Warranty

​

Sunbatch warrants that custom products will be free from manufacturing defects and will conform to the approved specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty does not apply to:

​

• Customer supplied designs or specs that result in performance issues
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, improper installation, or modification after delivery
• Situations where critical information was not provided during quoting or approval

 

Warranty claims must be made within 10 business days of delivery.

Responsibility for Specifications

​

Customers are responsible for:


• Verifying drawings and measurements before approval
• Ensuring compatibility with their assembly or application
• Providing correct and complete technical requirements

 

Sunbatch relies on the accuracy of the final information submitted by the customer.

Resolution of Issues

​

If a manufacturing defect is verified, Sunbatch will:


• Replace or repair the affected product
or
• Offer another appropriate remedy

 

We review each situation to determine the best solution.
